Access to information (STAIRs)
The Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs) give tenants of social housing the right to information about how their homes are managed. From 1 October 2026 registered providers must publish key information about how they run their organisation and manage their homes. From 1 April 2027 tenants will also be able to ask their landlord for information that has not been published.
This page brings together the information BluePine Living publishes, grouped under the seven classes of information the scheme covers. It applies to tenants of our affordable rent and social rent homes, to shared owners, and to anyone you ask to act for you.
BluePine Living is a new landlord. We let our first homes in November 2025 and our homes are managed day to day by Pinnacle Housing on our behalf. Some of the information the scheme covers, such as tenant satisfaction results, will be published for the first time in 2027. We will add it to this page as it becomes available.
If you want to see the personal information we hold about you, that is a separate right under data protection law. Our Privacy Notice explains how to ask.
